Project 1:
Enterprise SRE Framework & Observability Platform
Challenge:
A critical banking platform required 99.99% uptime but lacked observability, automated incident response, and well-defined SLOs, resulting in prolonged outages and manual toil.
Solution:
Designed and implemented a full SRE framework including SLI/SLO definitions, automated alerting pipelines with PagerDuty, runbook automation, and Grafana/Prometheus dashboards — reducing MTTR by 60% and toil by 40%.
Project 2:
Cloud Migration & AKS Platform Engineering
Challenge:
Legacy on-premise workloads needed migration to Azure with zero downtime, while adopting Infrastructure as Code and container orchestration for a multi-team environment.
Solution:
Led the cloud migration strategy using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Terraform for IaC, and CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps. Implemented GitOps workflows, network segmentation, and automated security hardening across 15+ clusters.

Internal Developer Platform & DevSecOps Pipeline
Challenge:
Multiple development teams needed a standardized, secure, and self-service platform to deploy microservices rapidly without compromising compliance or operational stability.
Solution:
Built an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) with golden paths for service onboarding, integrated secret management via Azure Key Vault, policy-as-code with OPA/Gatekeeper, and automated compliance scanning — accelerating delivery velocity by 3x.
